Elisabeth Von Dem Hagen

Dr Elisabeth Von Dem Hagen is a Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University's School of Psychology, specializing in social cognition and autism research. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has expertise in neuroimaging techniques like fMRI and diffusion MRI. Her research focuses on neural mechanisms of emotion processing, social signal perception in autism, and developmental neuroscience. She teaches modules on Thinking, Emotion and Consciousness (UG) and Neuroimaging (PG), and supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
