Elisa Pannini

Dr. Elisa Pannini is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Greenwich's School of Management and Marketing, where she also serves as the Programme Leader for the PhD Programme. She holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a law degree from the University of Siena.

Her research examines labor market regulations, union organizing strategies, precarious employment conditions, and platform work dynamics. She has published in leading industrial relations journals including the Socio-Economic Review and European Journal of Industrial Relations.
