Elisa Nedelec

Elisa Nedelec is a postdoctoral research fellow at Northumbria University specializing in female health, neuromuscular function, and clinical populations in sport and exercise. Her work focuses on hormonal influences on neuromuscular function and implications for performance, injury risk, and symptom management.
