Elif Askin, Dr. iur., MLaw, is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law until 2024. She holds a habilitation at the Faculty of Law, University of Zurich, and lectures at the Europa-Institut of Saarland University.
