Eli Wheat is a Teaching Professor at the University of Washington's College of the Environment and core faculty in the Food Systems, Nutrition, and Health Program. He co-chairs the Farm Advisory Committee, supports the UW Farm, and operates SkyRoot Farm, a certified organic integrated animal and vegetable farm on South Whidbey Island.
