Elfi Vomberg

Dr. Elfi Vomberg is a researcher at the Institute for Media and Cultural Studies, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. She holds a PhD in the interdisciplinary program "Music and Performance" from the University of Bayreuth, focusing on Wagner societies and their modern cultural relevance. Her work intersects with the Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) in Cologne, where she serves as editor and dramaturge. Her research spans acoustic media, cultural memory, and globalization.
