Eleonora Santoli

Eleonora Santoli is a Lecturer of Management Control Systems at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Professor of Managerial Accounting at Bocconi University. She is also a PhD candidate in Accounting at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

• Educational Background: MSc in Accounting, Financial Management, and Control from Bocconi University (2017).

Her research focuses on Integrated Reporting, Performance Measurement Systems, Budgeting and Forecasting, and trends in the evolution of the Finance function. She collaborates with companies like EY, SAP, and Johnson & Johnson on research projects.

Recent publications examine corporate welfare's strategic role, AI integration in management control, IFRS 16 compliance impacts, and value-based healthcare implementation in Italian organizations.

She teaches in the Executive MBA program and co-authored case studies on Performance Management and Strategic Focus, including the Mutti case (with G. Meloni) and Campari case (with M. Morelli).
