Eleonor Pusey-Reid is a Distinguished Associate Professor of Nursing at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, with over 35 years of experience in equity-driven nursing education, curriculum development, and international healthcare collaborations. She leads initiatives to address racial bias and promote inclusive teaching practices.
