Eleonor Kristoffersson is a Professor of Tax Law at Örebro University, affiliated with the School of Behavioural, Social and Legal Sciences and the Department of Behavioral, Social and Legal Sciences. She specializes in tax law, focusing on value-added tax, tax procedural law, corporate taxation, and international tax law.
Her research projects include studies on legal awareness in the technology industry, private norm-setting in AI governance (WASP-HS project), and comparative analyses of VAT deduction rights across Austria, Germany, and Sweden. She is part of the LDA - Law, Digitization and AI research environment.
Her teaching covers all areas of tax law, including courses on corporate taxation and international tax law.
