Eleni Kesidou

Eleni Kesidou is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University. She is affiliated with the Small Business & Enterprise Research Group and holds the qualifications of BA(Hons), MSc, AFHEA, and PhD. Dr. Kesidou is available for PhD supervision.

Her research focuses on:

• Strategic entrepreneurship and innovation as drivers of business success
• Organizational processes in entrepreneurial contexts
• Neurodiversity and entrepreneurship career pathways
• Female entrepreneurship and leadership dynamics
• Entrepreneurship in unconventional settings

Her publications (2014-2018) consistently explore entrepreneurial leadership, examining behavioral patterns, attitudinal approaches, and performance relationships across business lifecycles through both conceptual and empirical frameworks.

Dr. Kesidou contributes to the Small Business & Enterprise Research Group, focusing on entrepreneurial ecosystems and organizational development in business contexts.
