Dr. Elene Kent serves as Professor and Department Chair in the School of Management and Leadership at Capital University, specializing in business management and technology-enhanced pedagogy. An early adopter of digital learning tools, she has implemented iLearn course management systems, Echo 360 lecture capture, and online business simulations to advance student engagement.
