Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elena Rizova is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Pedagogy, Faculty of Philosophy, University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. Her expertise spans adult education, lifelong learning, educational policy, and inclusive education. She holds a PhD in Pedagogical Sciences (2012) and has extensive experience in national and regional education policy creation, analysis, and implementation. She leads the Lifelong Learning Centre at her faculty and chairs the Council for Adult Education of North Macedonia (2013–2017).
