Eilidh Galbraith

Dr. Eilidh Galbraith is a Research Fellow at the University of Aberdeen's School of Divinity, History, Philosophy & Art History. She specializes in interdisciplinary qualitative research at the intersection of theology, disability studies, and gender. Her current Leverhulme-funded project focuses on health inequalities in women with chronic pain, examining power dynamics in pain perception.

Research Interests: Eilidh explores theological responses to suffering, feminist critiques of religious structures, and inclusive frameworks for neurodiversity. Her work bridges theoretical theology with practical applications in pastoral care and disability inclusion, employing trauma-informed methodologies to analyze lived experiences of marginalized communities.
