Eileen Daspro is a Clinical Professor of International Business at the University of San Diego. With over 20 years of international experience as an academic and business consultant, she teaches courses in international business, comparative management, and global strategy across Brazil, France, Venezuela, and Mexico. She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Argosy University, a Master of Science in Language Education from the University of Indiana, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
Research Interests: Her work focuses on international competitiveness, global strategy, and NAFTA, with publications in The Latin American Business Review, The Journal of Business Ethics, and book chapters from Cambridge and Oxford University Presses. She specializes in case studies of Mexican multinationals, inclusive business models, and experiential learning frameworks.
