Edyta Kostanek

Edyta Kostanek is a Lecturer (Education) and Deputy Program Director for the BSc Information Management for Business at the University College London School of Management. She specializes in delivering innovative pedagogies to enhance student engagement across disciplines such as project management, international business, and strategic management. Recognized as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), she emphasizes active learning, reflective practices, and constructive alignment in her teaching. She holds certifications including PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, and is a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE). Prior to academia, she worked in quality management at ABB Power Transformers.
