Edwin Mensah

Dr. Edwin Mensah is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke within the College of Business and Economics. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Valley View University and Data Link University in Ghana-West/Africa. His academic journey began with a Ph.D. in Economics from North Carolina State University.

Dr. Mensah's research focuses on Technology Adoption, Agricultural Economics, and Strategic Management, with publications in journals such as the Journal of Economic Psychology and the International Journal of Sustainable Strategic Management. He has authored the book Economics of Technology Adoption: A Simple Approach, which highlights his interdisciplinary approach to economic challenges.
