Edward Ratledge serves as Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Applied Demography & Survey Research (CADSR) at the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration, University of Delaware. With over 30 years of experience in state and local government, his work spans healthcare, transportation, economic development, and public finance.
