Edward R. Waller serves as Interim Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost while concurrently holding the position of Dean of the College of Business at University of Houston-Clear Lake. A Professor of Finance since 1993, he acts as the chief academic and budget officer for the College of Business and oversees the Center for Executive Education (CEE) with locations in Clear Lake and the Texas Medical Center.
