Edward Murr

Edward Murr is a Visiting Professor at Pratt Institute's School of Art, with over two decades of experience creating illustrations for diverse clients. He began his career in the Marvel Comics Bullpen in the early 1990s, collaborating with legendary cartoonists, and later joined Topps Company to deepen his expertise in storytelling and illustration.

Education:

• M.F.A. in Illustration from Fashion Institute of Technology

His research interests broadly span illustration, graphic design, and visual storytelling, with a particular focus on character design and pop culture aesthetics. Murr's work bridges traditional comic art with contemporary illustration techniques.
