Edward Chlebus

Edward Chlebus is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at Illinois Institute of Technology's College of Computing. He leads the Network Modeling and Teletraffic Analysis Lab (NEMTAL) and has held academic and research roles across Poland, France, Australia, and the United States.

Recent publications demonstrate expertise in wireless network optimization, heavy-tailed traffic distributions, and measurement-driven modeling across diverse domains like commercial Wi-Fi systems, web browsing patterns, and mobile satellite systems. His work bridges theoretical analysis with practical validation against real-world data.
