Eduard Zilberkant

Eduard Zilberkant is a Professor of Piano and Artist in Residence at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He serves as Music Director and Conductor of the Fairbanks Symphony Orchestra and Arctic Chamber Orchestra. His career spans prestigious performances across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with engagements at venues like the Prague Philharmonic and Teatro di San Carlo. Zilberkant is a Yamaha Performing Artist, recognized for his nuanced interpretations of classical repertoire and dynamic conducting.

Education includes a Doctor of Musical Arts from Temple University and a Solisten Diploma from Freiburg Musik Hochschule (Germany), supported by a Fulbright Scholarship. His mentors include renowned figures such as Jerome Rose and Robert Shaw.
