Edie Fake

Edie Fake is a Lecturer at Otis College of Art and Design, where they explore intersections of trans identity and queer space through visual art. Their practice combines architecture, ornamentation, and narrative to interrogate gender and sexuality.

Education

• BFA, Rhode Island School of Design

Fake’s work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including solo shows at Everson Museum of Art and Marlborough Contemporary, and group exhibitions at Museum of Arts and Design and Institute for Contemporary Art at VCU. They are represented by Western Exhibitions in Chicago.
