Dr. Eden Brauer is an Assistant Professor at the UCLA School of Nursing and member of the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center's Cancer Control & Survivorship Program. Her research focuses on optimizing cancer care delivery through integration of patient-reported outcomes, supportive/palliative care, and survivorship care in clinical settings. She also serves on the UCLA Health-JCCC Cancer Services Committee.

Research Interests: Dr. Brauer's work emphasizes system-level challenges in implementing evidence-based survivorship care, particularly addressing symptom management, financial toxicity, and long-term sequelae in populations including adolescents/young adults (AYA), head & neck cancer survivors, and breast cancer patients. Her mixed-methods approach bridges clinical practice and implementation science to improve healthcare delivery.
Grants & Funding: Her research is supported by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), Susan G. Komen Foundation, and the Oncology Nursing Foundation.
Labs/Teams: Active member of the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center's multidisciplinary survivorship care program development team. Collaborates with oncology, geriatric, and psychosocial care teams across UCLA Health.
