Edel Bartolo Garcia Reyes

Edel Bartolo Garcia Reyes is a researcher at DICE-Algoritmi, University of Minho, with 36 years of experience in computer science. His career spans Cuban institutions including the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography (ICGC), Geodesy/Remote Sensing Research Center, and co-founding the Advanced Technology Applications Center (CENATAV) in 2003.
