Ed Rios

Ed Rios is a Lecturer at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston, with a focus on entrepreneurship and financial planning. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Prairie View A&M University, contributing to programs in entrepreneurial capital and financial education.

His research and professional interests span entrepreneurial finance, small business lending, angel investing, and financial planning. With over 25 years in commercial banking, Ed specializes in asset-based lending, SBA loans, and financing for small to medium-sized enterprises. He applies his expertise to strengthen startups and underserved businesses through mentorship and advisory roles.
