Ebru GÜLLER

Associate Professor Ebru GÜLLER is affiliated with the Department of Architecture at Dokuz Eylül University, İzmir, Turkey. Her academic journey includes a PhD (2014) on color effects in rehabilitation spaces for mentally retarded children and a Master's (2008) on color in healthcare environments. She has worked in architectural design for hospitals, schools, and housing projects (2003–2005). Currently, she leads research in healthcare and educational environments, color psychology, barrier-free design, and sustainable architecture.

Her work emphasizes universal accessibility and environmental awareness through architectural solutions.

Professional roles include Director of workshops for the 'Children-Architecture Commission' at İzmir Chamber of Architects since 2009, and active participation in the 'Energy-Efficient Buildings Commission' promoting sustainability.

Grants/Projects: Led the Turkish Aegean Regional team for SECC-SCIFEST (H2020), managed MERSCIN project as EU Night of Researchers coordinator. Awarded 4 architectural design competition prizes for innovative designs.

Labs/Teams: Involved in interdisciplinary teams focusing on healthcare architecture and educational facility design, collaborating with psychologists and urban planners.
