Eamon Devlin is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is an entrepreneur, lawyer, and consultant with expertise in sports and private equity. He founded Minute9, a sports consultancy specializing in half-time strategies, and co-founded MJ Hudson, a leading law and advisory firm. He holds an MSc in Psychological Sciences from Brunel University and a Law degree from the London School of Economics.
His research focuses on sports coaching psychology and private equity fund structures, including co-investment legal terms and fund governance. He teaches private equity on the Executive MBA and MBA programs at Saïd Business School and contributed to the Oxford Private Markets Investments Programme, which has graduated over 1,200 students since 2019.
Eamon advises national regulators on private equity matters and has been recognized as a top legal professional. He is also a sports coach for a senior Gaelic football team, exploring intersections between sports and business leadership.
