ESTHER SENDRA NADAL

Esther Sendra Nadal is a Professor in the Department of Agro-Food Technology at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. She serves as Department Secretary and actively participates in teaching and research activities. Her work focuses on food science, safety, and quality assurance.

Research Group: Member of the Food Quality and Safety research group at the University Institute for Agro-food and Agro-environmental Research and Innovation (IUIA).

Teaching Activities: Coordinator and lecturer for undergraduate and master's courses including Dairy and Egg Technology, Food Law and Standards, Biotic and Abiotic Contamination of Food, and Innovation in Meat, Dairy and Fish Products. She also contributes to PhD programs in Agricultural, Agro-Environmental and Food Resources and Technologies.

Office Hours: Available for tutorials on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00–13:00 via appointment.
