Assoc. Prof. Dr. ENDER ANGIN EREN is a faculty member in the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU). He holds a PhD from Hacettepe University (2008-2012), an MS from Hacettepe University (2005-2008), and a BS from Başkent University (2005).
His research focuses on rehabilitation methodologies, exercise interventions for chronic conditions, metabolic risk management, and ergonomic interventions. Supervised over 20 PhD and Master’s theses, including studies on functional exercise training for hypertensive individuals, post-bariatric surgery rehabilitation, and elite athlete performance optimization.
Key areas of exploration include musculoskeletal health, neurological rehabilitation, and the application of clinical pilates. His work frequently addresses populations such as athletes, elderly patients, and individuals with metabolic disorders. Current ongoing research includes prediabetic exercise interventions and chronic neck pain management.
