Elina Moustaira is a Professor of Comparative Law at the School of Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She holds multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Director of the LL.M. in International & European Legal Studies, Director of the Department of International Studies, and Chair of the Erasmus Committee. Her academic contributions include over 10 authored books and 200+ articles/chapters, focusing on comparative legal systems, insolvency law, and cultural heritage law.
Teaching spans undergraduate and graduate programs in Comparative Law, International Business Transactions, and Art Law. She has supervised 5 doctoral students.
