E. Jay Kolick is currently the Academic Dean and Chief Academic Officer (CAO) for the Schools of Graduate & Professional Studies (SGPS) at Rosemont College, where he has served since 2013. Previously, he was Assistant Dean (2021) and Interim Dean (2022). He is also a member of the President’s Cabinet and Chair of the SGPS Graduate Council.

His leadership focuses on expanding accessible, accredited educational programs for non-traditional learners, particularly law enforcement and emergency management professionals, through partnerships like the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security. He has spearheaded program development in Homeland Security, Forensic Psychology, Cybersecurity, and MBA specializations.
Scientific awards include dual fellowships in traumatic stress and crisis management. His work emphasizes curriculum innovation, academic standards, and supporting lifelong learning for adult learners. He has also restructured committees like the Academic Standards and Curriculum Committee (ASCC) and re-established the SGPS Council.
