Dörte Nienstedt serves as Lecturer in Recorder and Methodology/Didactics of Recorder at the University of the Arts Bremen since 1992, with additional part-time instruction at the Federal Academy Trossingen's recorder course since 2013. An active international performer, she specializes in contemporary music with over 50 premieres and chamber music across Europe and Asia.
