Dutch M. Kendall serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Cook School of Business, Columbia International University, teaching primarily in MBA and DBA programs. His industry background includes 18 years at General Electric where he progressed from manufacturing engineer to leading raw materials purchasing for GE Consumer and Industrial division.

His educational background:

• PhD in Organization and Management, Capella University
• Degrees in Economics and Mechanical Engineering

Dr. Kendall's research centers on social enterprise models and the practical integration of faith-based principles in professional environments. His work examines how ethical frameworks derived from personal faith can shape business decision-making and organizational culture while maintaining commercial viability.

As a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Black Belt practitioner, he brings applied expertise in financial strategy and process optimization to his teaching. Dr. Kendall also operates small businesses in Louisville, KY where he resides with his family.
