Dustin Moore

Dr. Dustin Moore serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences within the College of Health & Human Services at California State University, Long Beach. He is specifically affiliated with the Nutrition and Dietetics program, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses while providing academic guidance to students pursuing careers in nutrition and dietetics.

His professional focus centers on Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, and Public Health Nutrition, with additional emphasis on Dietetic Education and Nutritional Science. These research areas address critical public health challenges through evidence-based dietary interventions, food systems analysis, and community nutrition education initiatives.
