Dustin Hannum

Dustin Hannum is an Associate Professor in the Writing, Speaking, and Argument Program at the University of Rochester. He holds a PhD in English from the University of Rochester, with research focusing on intersections of law and aesthetics in antebellum American literature. His teaching includes first-year writing, professional communication, and copyediting courses.

Teaching and Professional Experience: Prior to his current role, he served as a Marion L. Brittain Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology. At Rochester, he contributes to undergraduate writing instruction and professional communication curricula.
