Dustin Bluhm

Dr. Dustin Bluhm is an Associate Professor of Management and Faculty Director of Executive Education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs College of Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University. His office is located in Dwire Hall 310C.

Dr. Bluhm's research examines three interconnected domains: leadership development, positive organizational behavior, and business ethics. His work explores how leadership practices impact workplace culture and employee well-being.

Dr. Bluhm holds significant service roles including Department Chair, Ethics Fellow for the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative, and facilitator for executive development programs. He also serves on the UCCS Council for Undergraduate Education.

Beyond academia, Dr. Bluhm has founded multiple entrepreneurial ventures including leadership consultancies, recreational facilities, and retail businesses.
