Duncan Lam

Duncan Lam is a sessional instructor at the Odette School of Business and a University of Windsor alumnus. He holds roles as Research Associate (2018) and General Manager at CAMufacturing Solutions. His work spans academia, publishing, and engineering innovation. Lam is known for collaborative projects such as The Cat and The Tree (co-illustrated with Dr. Jill Urbanic) and leadership-focused children's books like The Grandpa Rules.

He contributed to founding the EPICentre Makers' Base, a cross-disciplinary tinkering hub at the Centre for Engineering Innovation. His interests include experiential learning, educational storytelling, and promoting accessibility of children's literature.

Lam’s publications emphasize merging technical expertise with creative storytelling, reflecting his dual background in business education and engineering collaboration.
