Duarte Pimentel is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organizations at the NOVA School of Business and Economics. He holds a PhD student status in Management with a focus on hospitality research. His professional background includes extensive experience in hotel management consulting, having owned a consulting company and held leadership roles such as Marketing, Revenue, and E-business Director at Pousadas de Portugal, Commercial Director at Pestana Hotels, and roles at Tivoli Hotels, Lapa Palace Hotel, and others.
