Duarte Ferreira

Duarte Ferreira is a Lecturer at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), affiliated with the scientific areas of Operations and Data Science. He combines his academic role with professional expertise in real estate and project management.

Duarte serves as Building Consultancy Director at CBRE, managing project portfolios for private and corporate real estate investors. With over 12 years of experience, his career began as an architect in 2002, transitioning to real estate investment project management after 2006. Notably, he managed multinational real estate projects for Gilead Sciences, a North American biopharmaceutical company.
