Doug Henry is a Professor and Department Chair of Anthropology at the University of North Texas (UNT). His research focuses on applied medical anthropology, particularly the interplay between culture, health, and social systems. He has conducted extensive studies on sleep disorders treatment, violence, refugee experiences, international disaster relief, and public health policy.
