Doo Oak Kim

Doo Oak Kim is a Professor and Director of the International Public Policy and Management Institute (IPPMI) at the Martin School, University of Kentucky. He founded IPPMI in 2009 to expand the university's international public policy initiatives, developing programs including a Certificate program, MPA, MPP, Professional Leadership, and Executive programs that have served 529 participants.
