Donna Litman

Donna Litman is a tenured Professor of Law at the College of Law, Nova Southeastern University. She has been a full-time faculty member since 1983 and holds a J.D. from the University of Florida (1976).

Her academic expertise spans business planning, estate planning, tax law, trusts, and wills, with a focus on comparative law and legal drafting. She actively mentors students through advisory roles in the Jewish Law Students Association, Transactional Law Practice Group, and co-advisory role in The Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society.

Professor Litman coaches student teams for national transactional competitions like the National Health Law Transactional Competition and LawMeets 2020 M&A Boot Camp. She has presented at international and national conferences and contributed to legal literature through books, chapters, portfolios, articles, and newspaper columns.
