Donna L. Guardino, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She is affiliated with the Deaf Wellness Center, where she provides individual and group psychotherapy for adults.

Her research focuses on Certified Deaf Interpreters' experiences with language-deprived patients and Deaf population health disparities. Recent publications examine healthcare team partnerships with Deaf communities, sleep patterns in Deaf individuals, and mental health treatment access for American Sign Language users.
