Dr. Donavon A. Johnson is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Policy & Administration within Florida International University’s Steven J. Green School of International & Public Affairs. His research focuses on administrative burdens in governance, digital transformation in public policy, and the intersection of technology with social equity and democracy.
