Donald Pack

Donald Pack is a Lecturer in the Leadership and Professional Development Program at the College of Business, East Carolina University. With over 40 years of private sector experience, he has held pivotal roles in corporate leadership, including establishing the first marketing department for a manufacturer in Greenville, NC, which doubled the company's size. He also consulted with The Home Depot on a groundbreaking bulk box program that reduced costs and increased sales, and co-founded a firm specializing in program design, website development, and catalog work for automotive and hardware companies. His career spans collaboration with major corporations and private equity firms at the Board level.

His research and professional expertise centers on business leadership, corporate strategy, marketing management, consulting, private equity, and program design, informed by decades of hands-on experience in strategic business development.
