Don O'Neill

Don O'Neill is the Head of the Department of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism and a Senior Lecturer in French at South East Technological University (SETU), Waterford Campus. He has held multiple academic and administrative roles since 1989, including Assistant Head of Department in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and acting International Affairs Manager. His research focuses on internationalisation in higher education, particularly curriculum internationalisation and 'internationalisation at home.'
