Dominika Falger

Dominika Falger is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Music at the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna. A Polish-born violinist, she studied concert performance at the Academy of Music in Poznań, and the Universities of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and Graz, graduating with a Master of Arts degree. She also specialized in historical instrument practice and instrumental/vocal pedagogy.

Her career spans solo performances across Europe, America, and the Far East, and since 1999, she has been a principal violinist with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra. Her repertoire includes Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and contemporary works. She actively teaches at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz and Vienna, participates in masterclasses, and serves as a juror in international violin competitions.
