Dominic Spenser Underhill is an Honorary Professor at Queen Mary University of London’s School of Law. He serves as Module Leader for the LLM course ‘Ethics in International Arbitration’ and has held roles including Senior Associate Lecturer (2009–2023) and Adjudicator for the Solicitors Regulation Authority (2009–present). Since 2002, he has been an International Arbitrator, and from 1999 to 2022, he was a member of the ICC Commission for International Arbitration & ADR and the UK Representative Committee.
