Djikic Maja

Maja Djikic is an Associate Professor at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. She serves as Executive Director of the Self-Development Laboratory and Academic Director of the Rotman Executive Coaching Certificate.

• Education: PhD, MA, and Hon. B.Sc. from the University of Toronto

Research Interests: Her work focuses on personality development in organizational contexts, exploring how leadership styles, decision-making processes, team dynamics, communication strategies, and ethical leadership influence individual and organizational growth.
