Dr. Dixie K Button is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at the College of Business, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She specializes in marketing strategy with a focus on aviation industries, sustainability initiatives, and consumer behavior analysis. Dr. Button holds a D.B.A. in Marketing from Argosy University, an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University, and a B.S. in Journalism and Communication from the University of Florida.

Her research explores impulse buying patterns, tourism economics, and corporate sustainability practices. A notable project led by Dr. Button investigated small commercial airport clusters to enhance marketing capabilities (2016–2018).
